Spaghetti Arrabiata with Meatballs
1 jar Hampstead Farm Arrabiata Sauce
500g lean pork mince
300g dried spaghetti, cooked to the packet instructions
Handful torn fresh basil leaves
1 tsp light olive oil

Place the lean pork mince in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of Hampstead Farm Arrabiata Sauce. Mix well then divide into 16 small portions and, using your hands, shape into balls. Heat the light olive oil in a frying pan until hot and brown the meatballs for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining Hampstead Farm Arrabiata Sauce and simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti and torn basil leaves to the meatball sauce. To serve, divide the spaghetti between 4 bowls and place 4 meatballs on each plate with the sauce.
